Product Printing

This page is for the “fun stuff”—the products that actually get used, stepped on, and tossed around. The tone here is high-energy and rugged, focusing on the fact that your prints aren’t just pretty; they’re “adventure-proof.”

Flat Stock & Gear: Built to Be Stepped On (Literally)

If it’s flat, rigid, and ready for action, we can print on it. We’re talking about the heavy hitters: balance boards, custom cornhole sets, and any other wooden gear that needs to look as good as it performs. We don’t do “delicate.” Our UV printing process handles the unique grain of structural plywood and the high-impact demands of backyard games without breaking a sweat. Whether you’re a boutique fitness brand or a backyard BBQ legend, we’ll turn your flat stock into a professional-grade product that’s tougher than a two-dollar steak.

The “Game On” FAQs

  1. Will the design scrape off my Cornhole boards after one game?
Not unless you’re throwing bricks instead of beanbags. Our UV ink cures into a rock-hard, abrasion-resistant layer. It’s designed to handle the “slide” of the game while keeping your logo looking sharp. (Pro tip: A clear top-coat over our print makes them extra slick for those pro-level tosses). But make sure to not store outside unless your base material can handle it.
  2. Is plywood “too cheap” for high-quality printing?
Wash your mouth out! High-grade birch or maple plywood prints beautifully. The layered edges give it a cool industrial vibe, and our inks cover the surface grain perfectly. It’s the “secret weapon” of affordable, high-end product manufacturing.
  3. Can you print on balance boards? Won’t my feet rub the ink off?
Our prints are tougher than your workout routine. Because the ink is UV-bonded to the fibers, it can handle the friction of grip tape or bare feet. It’s the same technology used for industrial flooring—so yeah, it can handle a little balancing act.
  4. Do you offer “double-sided” printing for signs or boards?
Double the sides, double the glory. Since we’re working with flat stock, flipping the material and hitting the back with a matching (or totally different) design is easy-peasy. Perfect for reversible games or “Open/Closed” signs.
  5. What’s the maximum size for a single “flat stock” piece?
If you can fit it through a standard door, we can probably print on it. We handle everything from tiny coasters to full-sized 4×8 sheets of ply. If you’re planning something “monument-sized,” just give us a shout and we’ll check the clearance!
