Plastic Printing

For the plastics page, the vibe is all about durability. Whether it’s a high-stakes corporate sign or a realtor board that needs to survive a monsoon, the tone here is “tougher than it looks.”

Plastic Printing: Because “Disposable” is for Napkins

Let’s talk plastic. Whether you’re looking for sleek, high-density sheets that feel like a million bucks or those Coroplast yard signs that have to survive everything from curious dogs to literal hurricanes, we’ve got you covered. We don’t just “print” on plastic; we fuse our UV inks into it. No more peeling corners, no more sun-faded logos, and definitely no more “budget” looking finishes. From heavy-duty Polycarbonate that can take a punch to Realtor signs that actually sell the house before the wind takes ‘em, we make plastic look fantastic.

The “Plastic Fantastic” FAQs

  • Will my Realtor signs fade after a week in the sun? Not on our watch. Our UV inks are basically SPF 1000. They’re cured with ultraviolet light, so the sun actually has a hard time picking a fight with them. Your “For Sale” sign will stay vibrant long after the neighbors start gossiping about the asking price.
  • Does the ink flake off the Coroplast ribs? Standard inks hate those little plastic ridges, but our UV ink loves a challenge. It cures into a flexible, durable film that grips the Coroplast surface like a rock climber. Go ahead, toss it in the back of the truck; it’ll be fine.
  • Can you print on that thick, heavy-duty stuff? You mean High-Density Plastics and Polycarbonate? Absolutely. We can handle flat sheets thicker than a gourmet steak. If it’s flat and it’s plastic, we can probably put a masterpiece on it.
  • Is it waterproof? Does a duck have feathers? Our UV printing is inherently water-resistant. Rain, sleet, or a stray sprinkler—your graphics aren’t going anywhere. It’s the perfect setup for outdoor signage that needs to work as hard as you do.
  • Do I need a white background, or can you print on colored plastic? We’re fans of the “White Ink Sandwich.” If you’re using dark or colored plastic, we can lay down a crisp white base layer first so your colors stay true and don’t get “muddied” by the plastic’s natural hue.
